Beer Review, imperial stout

Batch 018 by Nowhere in Particular

Batch Number 018

Nowhere in particular

Imperial Stout

not very high for an imperial stout or maybe I’m just an alcoholic.

This beer is suppose to be almost like a S’more but everything about it is really subtle. You can pick up flavors but you really have to be looking for it.

Appearance: Almost black body with a khaki head

Smell: Roasted malts, graham cracker, and some vanilla

Taste: Cocoa and vanilla with lite graham cracker maltiness. Hint of smoke (campfire set up). Sweet with some bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Medium body with carbonation and dryness.

Overall: Not my favorite one of the Nowhere In Particular beers. I can see what they were going for but something was missing; or they just didn’t add enough of the stuff they had. Still, a good beer though.
